• Extract .rar file with WinRaR
• Open folder
• Install and open Sound Editor 2022
• Open File -> Go to WWE 2K22 folder -> sound -> ra_1.pck
• Click 'Search' or press Ctrl+F on the keyboard
• Search for the ID's in the 'Kurt Angle Ring announcer mod' folder that you downloaded
• Import files individually by ID
