Drop contents of the PAC folder into your root 2k19. It will replace the green/default MITB model.

Easy Install (includes AEW cage mod)
Drop bgetc.pac into PAC > BG >  

Manual Install
1.) Using ARC, open up your bgetc.pac inside PAC > BG.  
2.) Locate ' 0E3F59F26FA6CD09 ' 
3.) Right click and select import standard archive > shdc
4.) Choose 0E3F59F26FA6CD09.shdc from the download. Done.
