IWGP IC Titles mod, folder 170 is desaturated version and replaces IC Title '94, folder 171 is more colorful/golden and replaces IC Title '90

To install this mod:

1. Download "IWGP_IC_Titles.rar", unpack it and paste the extracted folder to your 2K23 "Belts" folder.
2. Bake the "_mods" folder using caketools
3. Launch the game
