I have also provided a the render and gfx for the title

Just paste the pacs into the prop folder

use Pac Editor to inject the render into the ltag_belt_all_win file. I have named it the slot it goes into

Paste the .bk2 into the titantron folder

UPDATE:
How to make it a womens belt
Open the misc05_save file in pac editor and extract the 05.dat
Open the 05.dat in wrestleminus, find the belt u want to edit and check the womens box
hit enter after checking it then save.
reinject back in to the misc05_save and rebuild chunk
