A combat knife that replaces the brass knuckles. Also replaced the Power of the punch Payback icon to a combat knife icon so it fits better.

It doesn't load the model when you do it from behind the opponent. This seems to be an issue with the vanilla game as it didn't load in the default brass knuckles when I tried, but it works fine from the front.
