In WWE2k23 by the female referee, wie have the same model for "STANDARD REFEREE 1" and  "STANDARD REFEREE 2".
Now I fix it and we have 2 different.

1) Extract the file
2) Put it in you mods folder
3) Bake the file with CakeTools.
