Hello, my first time uploading here, the POFOs and Movesets I found for Cody weren't for my liking so I kinda made my own variation of it which in my opinion is the most optimal one and decided to give back to the community and share it. 
You will need the ported move animation pack in order for all the moves to work, just google it, it is super simple to install, or go over the moves in data editor and change the mod ones to normal [says (2Kxx) or (Hidden) in move name] .
Credit to @JOSHUA_JONES2017 for base of moveset and entrance, I used it as base and changed some stuff around, copied some moves from @SMACK619 moveset as well.
